The Parker Lane Group’s returns management QC is carried out at its own DCs in Warsaw and Tunis.
All returns are graded into agreed categories (tops, trousers, jackets, shoes, handbags, accessories etc.) and then inspected individually for flaws:
Items are then either sent to an agreed repair centre or reworked in-house as per previously established QC guidelines.
All QC parameters are tailored to meet each client’s individual needs.
Our QC operatives are trained to ensure client-specified processes are followed in order to repair customer-returned products to an agreed, fully refurbished and tested standard.
